Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
We collect information from you when you use our services, including personal information such as your name, email address, and any other information you provide. We use the third-party service Vercel Analytics, to monitor usage patterns for improving our services.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide and improve our services, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. You can always delete your account at any time. Deleting your account will remove all direct message history, all posts made by you, and all information in your profile. Messages stored in group conversations will remain, however your account name will be replaced with "Deleted User" and your profile picture will be replaced with the default profile picture.

Community Guidelines

1. Respectful Behavior
We believe in fostering a friendly and inclusive environment for our users with respect for others being of utmost importance. We expect all users to treat others with kindness, dignity, and consideration. This includes being respectful of others' privacy, dignity, and well-being.
2. No Harassment
We do not tolerate harassment or bullying of any kind, including cyberbullying, online harassment, or physical threats between students, employers, or anyone else.
3. Content Guidelines
Inappropriate posts, usernames, profiles, avatars, and other user-generated content will not be tolerated. As our platform is intended for high school students, explicit content (often referred to as 18+ or NSFW content) is strictly prohibited. This applies to both students and employers in order to maintain a professional environment.

This includes, but is not limited to, offensive language, derogatory comments, racist, sexist, or homophobic content, violence, or threats of violence, or repetitive unwanted messages or posts (often referred to as "spam").
4. Violation of Expectations
All users have the option to block direct messages from any other user except for the moderation team using designated moderator accounts. Users also have the option to report inappropriate profiles, posts, or direct messages to the moderation team. Any behavior that violates this expectation may result in a temporary or permanent suspension of privileges, including posting, direct messaging, group messaging, or changing your profile, or a ban of your account or ip address from our platform.
